Information on this website

This website presents information and illustrative concept screens. It does not offer member registration, health assessments, laboratory uploads, wearable connections, payments, or a launch-update signup form.

The page itself does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Website hosting and access systems may process technical information, such as connection details and access logs, to deliver and protect the website.

When you contact us

If you choose to email us, your message may include your name, email address, and any information you provide. We use correspondence to respond to your inquiry and manage the related conversation.

Please do not send laboratory reports, medical records, or other sensitive health information to this general contact address. This website and its email contact are not channels for clinical care.

Service providers and information handling

Hosting, access, and email providers may process information needed to operate their services. Information you provide by email is handled through the email systems used for correspondence.

Correspondence may be retained as needed to address an inquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us if you would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided; we will consider the request in light of applicable requirements.

Future platform features

Health-data connections and personalized member experiences described on the homepage are planned. This website notice does not authorize collecting or using health data for those future services. Their privacy information, choices, and any required permissions will be presented before those services are offered.

HIPAA and future health-data services

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) sets privacy and security requirements for covered healthcare organizations and their business associates. A consumer health platform is not automatically covered simply because it handles health information.

Which protections apply depends on the service, the data flows, and the organizations involved. Privacy and security obligations will be assessed as future health-data features and professional-service arrangements are developed. Applicable notices, choices, and permissions will be presented before those features become available.

For the official explanation, see HHS guidance on covered entities and business associates.

Serving members outside the United States

Our privacy and security planning extends beyond HIPAA. Before offering future member services in another region, we will assess and address the applicable local privacy, data-protection, and security requirements. These may include the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and other jurisdiction-specific rules.

Any relevant regional privacy notices, rights, permissions, and safeguards will be explained before those services become available.
